Great to meet you!

You took a real step getting here. Whether you're managing anxiety that won't let you rest, grief that feels too heavy to carry alone, depression that's made it hard to recognize yourself, ADHD that's left you feeling behind, or questions about your identity — you deserve support that actually meets you where you are.

I work with adults navigating these challenges, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community working through identity alongside everything else life is asking of them. My approach is warm and direct, and my goal is simple: for you to leave each session feeling genuinely heard and a little more clear on where to go next.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are conversational and collaborative. I draw on mindfulness practices, DBT distress tolerance skills, and CBT techniques to help you shift patterns of thought that aren't serving you — and replace them with tools that actually fit your life.

In practice, that means we slow things down, notice what's showing up for you, and work on building self-compassion and confidence at a pace that feels right. I tailor everything to what you're actually going through, because one approach rarely works for everyone.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's been going on, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to get from our work together. There's no pressure to share everything at once, and nothing you say will surprise me.

By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what our sessions will look like — and hopefully the feeling that this is a safe place to come back to. I'm really glad you're here.
