Great to meet you!

With a decade of experience in the field of mental health and addictions counseling,I believe in a client-centered approach that focuses on empathy, respect, and collaboration. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I work alongside my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, paving the way for personal growth and positive change.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to guiding individuals towards a path of healing and well-being. My passion lies in supporting clients as they navigate through their challenges and empowering them to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect to engage in an intake process where they will have the opportunity to share their personal history, concerns, and goals. This allows for the start of building a trusting relationship. It also allows me to form a deeper understanding of the client's needs and experiences. Both the client and I will have the opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and identify areas to focus on during future sessions.
