Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, work stress, grief, caregiver strain, family-system stress, divorce-related issues, infertility, health issues, and major life transitions. I often work well with women who are responsible, capable, and high-functioning, but who feel privately depleted, anxious, resentful, or emotionally overextended.

I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and approach therapy in a thoughtful, direct, and collaborative way. My goal is to help you better understand what is happening, reduce emotional reactivity, and respond to your life with more clarity and agency.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in the belief that symptoms often make sense in context. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, insight-oriented work, and a systems lens.

Together, we will examine both the immediate distress and the deeper patterns underneath it- overfunctioning, avoidance, self-criticism, people-pleasing, grief, role strain, unresolved relational stress, or difficulty setting boundaries. Therapy is not about vague reassurance; it is about developing insight, emotional steadiness, and more effective ways of responding.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is warm, attentive, thoughtful, and direct. In our first session, we will begin by understanding what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you would like to feel or handle differently.

I will move at a pace that feels respectful, while also helping you look honestly at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, but also supported in making meaningful, practical change.
