Great to meet you!

Everyone's life story is unique, and I aim to assist clients with gaining deeper insight into their narrative, increase self-compassion and learn new ways to self-regulate so that they feel more in control of their responses to stress and can live an empowered life.

My approach to therapy

Over the years, I’ve worked in various mental health settings and developed a unique approach to therapy that combines several evidence-based modalities. Beyond the techniques, authenticity is another key part of what makes therapy work, so I focus on connecting in meaningful ways with my clients. Whether it's helping people find concrete solutions to their challenges or simply holding space to release painful feelings, I'm here to be an ally through it all.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are catered to your unique needs and goals, which may mean discussing recent events/emotional reactions, tying them back to recurring themes and identifying practical ways to resolve conflicts or cope with distress to prevent future issues. Some people enjoy using therapeutic homework/reading between sessions, others may enjoy more of a free-form style, and each have their value. It's all up to your comfort level and openness to try new things. At the core of it all, you will leave our sessions feeling validated and heard (even if there's a cathartic cry along the way).
