I feel honored to support people on their therapeutic journeys and share in the process of transformative healing. I approach therapy with warmth, natural curiosity, and with a deeply non-judgmental lens to create space for sharing painful stories, holding uncomfortable emotions, and transforming suffering into healing. My foundation is narrative therapy - giving people a place to make meaning out of their life stories and the experiences they have endured. I am clinically trained in many trauma treatment approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and have over 500 hours of yoga/somatic training, including a certification in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY). I incorporate holistic methods to attend to the full self - body, mind and spirit.
