Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinician and doctor of psychology with extensive experience in adolescent and family therapy, particularly working with delinquency, attachment issues, and behavioral challenges. I have served in leadership roles, including as a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor, providing clinical oversight and supporting evidence-based interventions. My background spans community mental health, behavioral school settings, and private practice development.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based models to meet the unique needs of each client and family system. I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems theory, attachment-based interventions, and skills-focused behavioral strategies to address both underlying dynamics and practical functioning. I balance insight-oriented work with direct skill-building, particularly for adolescents experiencing behavioral or relational challenges. This flexible framework allows me to tailor treatment in a developmentally responsive, culturally informed, and outcome-driven way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel structured, welcoming, and collaborative. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you in, your goals for therapy, and any relevant background information, while also identifying immediate priorities. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your strengths, stressors, relationships, and patterns, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about the direction of our work together and a clear outline of next steps.
