Great to meet you!

As a grief-focused therapist, I help people who feel lost, overwhelmed, or “not like themselves” after a major loss or life transition. Grief is not just sadness, it can look like numbness, anger, confusion, guilt, or anxiety. Whether you're grieving a loved one, a breakup or divorce, a friendship, a miscarriage, a move, or even the loss of the identity you once had, your pain is real and deserves space. In our work together, you’ll have a grounded, nonjudgmental place to slow down, breathe, and make sense of what you’re carrying. You’ll learn how to honor your grief, understand your emotions, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

I help by creating a calm, steady space where your grief can exist without pressure or judgment. Using a blend of DBT, ACT, and IFS, I’ll help you build practical coping skills, stay grounded through emotional waves, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel overwhelmed or lost.

What you can expect from me

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and make sure it feels like the right fit before you commit.
