Jessica Lopez

I am an independently licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing social work for over 14 years. I have experience working with people with many different life stressors including anxiety, depression, changes in lifestyle, obsessive compulsive disorder, domestic violence, sexual assault, post traumatic stress disorder and first responder related traumas. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and ADHD am well practiced in flash technique.

I use a combination of evidenced based approaches that are best suited for each individual client. People are unique and oftentimes approaches change as the need changes while in treatment. I tend to practice therapy in a warm, genuine client centered approach and believe in exploring the whole person and all aspects of their lives, past, present and future.
