Great to meet you!

I specialize in ADHD, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, and I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I've navigated anxiety, depression, and panic attacks throughout my own life, and my husband's experiences as a veteran have deepened my understanding of how mental health challenges can affect individuals and their families. This personal connection is at the heart of why I do this work. I genuinely understand what it feels like to struggle, and I'm committed to being a provider who meets you exactly where you are. Outside of sessions, you'll find me gardening or getting lost in a good book.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in kindness, compassion, and a down-to-earth style that makes it easy to open up. I believe in meeting clients where they are - no judgment, no pressure, just a genuine partnership focused on what matters most to you. Whether you're managing the noise and disorganization of ADHD, the highs and lows of bipolar disorder, or the weight of anxiety and depression, I tailor my care to your unique needs and pace. My goal is for every client to feel truly heard and supported from the very first session.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel safe and comfortable. We'll talk about what's been on your mind - whether that's feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or just not quite like yourself - and begin to explore what support looks like for you. There's no agenda to rush through; I want to understand your story at your pace. You can expect warmth, honesty, and a collaborative conversation that helps us map out a path forward together.
