Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and authenticity. I earned my Master of Social Work degree at George Williams College of Aurora University. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy that recognizes the whole person. Including their relationships, life experiences, strengths, and environment. I specialize in working with anxiety, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes that align with your values.

My approach to therapy

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy while also looking at the bigger picture (your relationships, life experiences, strengths, and the environments that have shaped you). I believe lasting change comes from understanding the whole person, not just the challenges you're facing. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel accepted, supported, and empowered to grow. Together, we'll work toward goals that are meaningful to you. Whether that's managing anxiety, navigating a life transition, improving relationships, building self-confidence, processing difficult experiences, or simply feeling more like yourself again. I believe therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about creating space to explore, heal, and discover the strengths you already have. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and equipped with tools you can use in your everyday life.
