Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I believe that building healthy connections is the key to improving your mental health. Having someone to actively listen to you, support you, and assist you in creating the life you desire makes all the difference. I have severed in many different roles from a Family and Student Advocate, Associate Therapist, and Mental Health Advocate. I have worked with clients ages 10-50+ and focus primarily on assisting individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma.

My approach to therapy

It is extremely important to me to meet clients where they are. I partner alongside my clients to create goals for treatment that align with my clients values and comfortability. My main goal is to support you in whatever way you desire.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, heartfelt welcome alone with a discussion around what joining me in your therapeutic journey will look like. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and how you feel I can best assist you to accomplish your therapeutic goals.
