Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I graduated from Stockton University with my MSW with a concentration in clinical social work. I have devoted the last 5 years working in addiction treatment and am expanding to help individuals.

My approach to therapy

I work best with adults of all ages looking to address trauma/PTSD, history of substance use issues, family dynamic issues, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I use a trauma informed approach and have been trained in DBT and Brainspotting. I approach each individual by taking time to learn and understand their world view and the systems in their lives to best approach current barriers to their healing, relationships and everyday challenges

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away from their sessions validation and understanding of themselves and where they are in their journey. Healing is a process and never needs to be one that a person takes alone. Each session is a safe place to be yourself and begin to explore and challenge yourself in new ways that leave you feeling excited for change in life. By building therapeutic alliance, safety and a collaborative plan, I hope to create an environment of authenticity and vulnerability
