Great to meet you!

I am Jessica Manning, a board-certified Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse (MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care for individuals at every stage of life. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, specializing in psychiatric-mental health, and I am deeply committed to delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations in both community and outpatient settings. These experiences have allowed me to sharpen my skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. My primary clinical interests include Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-Related Conditions, Substance-Use Disorders, and Serious Mental Illness.

My approach to therapy

I believe in fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on a foundation of trust, respect, and open communication. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to partner with you in your wellness journey. My approach integrates medication management with supportive therapy and education. By combining these elements, I aim to empower you with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve long-term stability and a significantly improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where I meet you exactly where you are. I integrate my clinical expertise in medication management with supportive therapy and education to create a structured, direct, and evidence-based plan tailored to your unique needs. I understand firsthand how demanding life can be, and I believe that while reaching out is a big step, it is the one that allows us to build a relationship rooted in trust and respect. My goal is to empower you with the tools for long-term stability, helping you move away from the frustration of things "not sticking" and toward a life of resilience, balance, and meaningful growth.
