Great to meet you!

When society makes us feel out of place, culture is what truly shapes you. If you are struggling to hold onto your culture and identity while coping with everything life throws at you, meet your new therapist Jessica. Jessica Bruno is a licensed social worker and psychotherapist dedicated to empowering the BIPOC community. With her own journey as a Latina, she deeply understands cultural complexities and the unique challenges individuals face. This personal experience informs her approach to therapy, allowing her to connect with clients, like you, on a deeper level.

My approach to therapy

For individuals, couples, and families dealing with trauma, relationship issues, and the aftermath of violence, Jessica creates a safe, judgment-free space where each client's story is heard and validated. All through a trauma-informed, evidence-based, mindfulness-based, strength-based, solution-focused lense.

What you can expect from me

Please schedule a 15-minute phone consultation with Jessica to see if she is a good fit. You can work with Jessica towards healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self.
