Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults using a warm, strengths-based approach that emphasizes personal values and growth. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University and have experience in inpatient care, schools, and private practice. I’m passionate about helping clients feel understood, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and values-centered, helping clients live in alignment with what matters most to them. I use ACT, motivational interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness strategies to explore thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, while building practical tools for coping and growth. I focus on identifying strengths, fostering resilience, and supporting clients in making choices that reflect their values. Christian faith and spirituality can be incorporated when it aligns with a client’s goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about feeling heard, safe, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and the values that guide your life. I guide the conversation in a gentle, supportive way to start identifying patterns, strengths, and next steps. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how therapy can help you take meaningful steps that reflect your values.
