I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from Flagler College and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have been practicing for over 10 years. I have worked with a variety of populations in my time providing therapy. My approach to therapy is to not waste my client's time. I try to create a comfortable talking space so we can jump into whatever challenges my client is experiencing and work with them on their own unique abilities to learn how to manage life's stressors.
My goal for everyone I work with is essentially teach them to be experts for themselves and be able to eventually not need me one day because everyone can learn to maintain their mental health on their own.
