
I’m Jessica — and I know firsthand how life’s ups and downs can feel heavy. I’ve walked through my own challenges and come out learning that we don’t have to do this alone. That experience is what drives me to walk alongside others in reclaiming strength, clarity, and peace. I support teens, adults, and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
I believe therapy is a partnership — we’re teammates. I’ll listen without judgment, lean in when things feel hard, and challenge you when growth calls for it. I’m warm, energetic, and grounded in helping you find practical, meaningful steps forward while holding space for your whole story.
