I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Counselor in the state of Illinois.

I graduated from Adler University in 2013 and have been working as an art therapist and clinical counselor since 2015. My experience and expertise are in education/alternative education settings and community and private practice.

I have worked with all ages across populations and my work focuses on building upon strengths to create or adjust coping skills when it comes to life's struggles.

My approach to therapy

Most of my work centers around mindfulness awareness and practices in addition to utilizing art as therapy.
