Great to meet you!
- Hi! I'm Jess.
- Reaching out for help isn't always easy. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, or simply tired of not feeling like yourself. Maybe you've been struggling for a while, or maybe you're just starting to realize that something needs to change. Wherever you are in that process, my goal is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work with you to find a treatment plan that helps you feel better and move forward.
- I completed my PMHNP program at Eastern Kentucky University in 2022. Since then, I have worked in a mix of outpatient, residential, and inpatient consultation settings, with a focus on general psychiatry and addiction medicine.
- My practice is focused on helping clients ages 6-65 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, or simply like they aren't quite themselves anymore. Sometimes you may know exactly what is wrong, and sometimes you may just know that something needs to change. Either way, my goal is to help you better understand what you're experiencing and find a treatment plan that makes sense for you.
- I am also in the process of completing additional certification in autism assessment and am eager to help meet the growing need for accessible autism assessment and treatment in the near future.
