Great to meet you!

With ten years in the social services field and a foundation in recovery-oriented communities, I bring compassion, curiosity, and a grounded presence to my work as an LCSW. My specialties include working with caregivers, educators, correctional workers, healthcare workers, and adults prior incarcerations.

My approach to therapy

I take a straightforward, goal-focused approach to therapy, offering steady, unconditional support along the way. Drawing on my experience with trauma, justice-involved clients, anger management, and co-occurring challenges, I work collaboratively to set realistic goals and build tools that make day-to-day life more manageable and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable, relaxed space where curiosity leads the way. We’ll take time to explore what brings you in, name the challenges you’re facing, and begin identifying the goals that matter most to you. Together, we’ll talk through your preferences and the therapeutic approaches that feel like the best fit, making sure you feel supported and in control from the very beginning.
