Great to meet you!

My name is Jessica McCorvey. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in both conventional and integrative approaches to mental health. I hold a master’s degree in nursing and have years of experience serving diverse communities with compassionate care. My practice is fully virtual and rooted in a warm, inclusive, and collaborative approach that blends holistic, functional, and evidence-based strategies. I believe healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just symptoms, and I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your values by helping you reconnect with your inner light.

My approach to therapy

I provide thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care rooted in the belief that healing happens when we treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I combine evidence-based medicine with integrative strategies, honoring each person’s unique story, culture, and lived experience. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. Whether through medication management, therapeutic support, or lifestyle-focused interventions, I partner with my clients to reconnect them with their inner light and guide them toward lasting well-being.

Our practice focuses on holistic, functional, and evidence-based care. We provide thorough psychiatric evaluations and offer alternative treatment options that align with long-term wellness goals.

My sessions are collaborative and supportive, with a focus on identifying what wholeness and wellness look like for each individual. Together, we work toward meaningful goals—like improving emotional regulation, restoring energy and motivation, reducing anxiety or depression, and deepening self-understanding. I aim to help clients feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with their values by blending practical tools with insight-based reflection. You’ll leave each session with a sense of direction, gentle encouragement, and a renewed connection to your inner light.
