Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, physical health concerns, or trying to navigate a major life transition. You may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, uncertain about the future, or disconnected from yourself and the life you want to create. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors facing anxiety, depression, women's issues, identity concerns, family stress, physical health challenges, grief and loss, panic symptoms, trauma, and major life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll explore what's weighing on you, identify strengths that may have been overlooked, and build practical tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth. My goal is to help you feel more confident, empowered, and capable of navigating life's challenges while creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each client's unique needs and experiences. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation rather than an interrogation, creating a space where you can be yourself while working toward meaningful goals. I draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions to support healing and growth. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, physical health concerns, identity development, women's issues, family dynamics, grief, trauma, panic symptoms, emotional regulation, stress management, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and develop practical strategies that support emotional wellness and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where therapy feels approachable, collaborative, and meaningful. Together, we'll identify goals that matter to you and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved emotional regulation, stronger self-esteem, healthier relationships, greater resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges, adapt to change, and create a life that feels balanced, connected, and aligned with your values.
