Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel safe, heard, and accepted, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can explore your concerns at your own pace.

I earned my Master of Social Work and have experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and burnout. I enjoy helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and build resilience so they can move toward the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and draws from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-based interventions. I believe every person has unique strengths, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify practical tools that fit their individual needs and goals.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily stress, navigating a significant life change, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I'm here to support you. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe that healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and respect. Whether you're reaching out because you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we'll identify meaningful goals based on what matters most to you. This may include reducing anxiety, improving mood, developing healthier coping skills, strengthening relationships, increasing self-confidence, healing from past experiences, managing life transitions, or creating a healthier balance in your daily life. My approach combines evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques—with genuine compassion and practical guidance to help you make lasting changes.
