Great to meet you!

Licensed Psychotherapist | Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Relationship Counseling | Serving New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey | NYC-Based.

I invite you to Embark on a Journey of Healing, Transformation, and Self Discovery.

I am passionate about helping others grow emotionally and mentally while working toward their personal goals.

I believe that mental health and wellness is not “one size fits all.” My integrative approach allows me to provide comprehensive treatment tailored to each client’s needs, often leading to more effective and timely results.

I aim to provide high-quality, judgment-free, holistic psychotherapy. I embrace unconditional positive regard and take great pride in offering a safe, supportive space for all clients, regardless of their background.

My work is rooted in evidence-based practices that help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation while strengthening self-esteem and relationship dynamics.

With graduate-level CBT training and extensive clinical experience, I adapt my interventions to meet clients where they are—offering practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

I stay up to date through ongoing education, including courses, conferences, and trainings with leading experts in the field.

Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, narcissistic abuse, codependency, life transitions, weight-related concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, and mindfulness-based practices.

I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your full potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices—to help clients manage anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges.

I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership. I work with clients to identify patterns, explore underlying issues, and develop practical tools for change. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healing journey.

While I provide structure and direction when needed, I also honor each person’s pace. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, recovering from narcissistic abuse, or building emotional resilience, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and in control of your mental health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with greater self-awareness, practical coping tools, and a deeper understanding of their emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and personal growth—whether that means breaking free from old cycles, improving communication, managing anxiety or depression, or building a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

Over time, you’ll gain not only insight but also actionable strategies you can use outside of therapy to create lasting change.
