Great to meet you!

In your 20's and 30's ...Feeling anxious? Overwhelmed? Burnt out? Jessica specializes working with Young Adults! Her approach is down-to-earth and collaborative—sometimes even with a laugh or two! She draws on CBT, DBT, relational therapy & strength-based practices to assist patients through life’s twists and turns, relationships, work, college and figuring out who you are.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people through the confusing in-between phases of life — that space after college, starting a career, or managing changing friendships and family roles! My approach is supportive, straightforward, and relatable — combining warmth, humor, and evidence-based strategies to help you feel grounded and confident in your next steps. Whether you’re in your 20s or early 30s, trying to balance independence with expectations, or just ready to feel more like yourself again, therapy can help. If you’re searching for a therapist who gets it — and who specializes in young adult mental health in New York or Connecticut — I’d love to help you take that next step!

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy with me is like hitting pause on the chaos and finally taking a breath. In our first sessions, we’ll unpack what’s been feeling stuck and figure out what you actually need to feel better.

My vibe is warm, real, and a little bit human — I’ll listen, but I’ll also challenge you when it helps you grow. You can expect honesty, humor, and zero judgment. I love working with young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and big life transitions who want to feel more grounded, confident, and like themselves again.
