Great to meet you!

Well, well, well. You finally decided to look for some help. If you want to know more about what I offer, scroll down :)

If you are reading this, I imagine that you are having a hard time or maybe you are looking to make some changes in your life. I love working with young adults to find their passion in life, remove blocks that are keeping them from being their most awesome selves and learn to live the life they have always dreamed of.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, mind/body connection, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment, and work/life balance. I am interested in helping others to live satisfying and happy lives. Through the exploration of current and past experiences and relationships, I can help you heal your personal struggles.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel like you are talking to an acquaintance instead of a stranger. If you’ve read this far, let’s schedule an appointment.
