Great to meet you!

My passion for working with those who suffer from addictions began during graduate school at West Chester University and continues to grow with each client I work with. As my career and experience has grown, my passion has extended to helping young adults navigate their way through a variety of life transitions and providing therapy to couples. I enjoy working with clients experiencing ADHD, Anger, Anxiety/PTSD, Co-Dependency, Depression, Grief, Communication, Boundaries, and Self-Esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental approach while validating client's feelings and challenging them to navigate through their discomfort and vulnerabilities in order to reach their treatment goals and live their best lives. I believe that addiction is a disease and needs to be treated with respect and compassion while utilizing a combination of evidenced-based treatment approaches. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, Person-Centered, & Solution-Focused therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave a session feeling heard and having their feelings validated. They can expect to feel supported, challenged, and motivated. They can expect to feel uncomfortable at times and an array of both positive and negative feelings. They will be reminded that this is often a reflection of them doing the deeper work they need to do in order to reach their goals.
