Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, and Trauma. I deeply believe everyone is capable of growth and change. If you are looking to be the best version of yourself, we can take that journey together.

I have a Master's degree from Rosemont College and have been employed in both inpatient (adults & children's hospitals) as well as outpatient clinics serving a variety of communities. I current provide outpatient video sessions to adult clients (16+) in located in Pennsylvania.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is warm, affirming, and solution focused. I use person centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches. Through those methods we will work together to challenge your existing beliefs in a safe and supportive environment and work to change your behaviors to reach your personal goals. I'll incorporate psychometric testing when appropriate to track your progress.

What you can expect from our first session

In your first session we will discuss what brought you to therapy and what you want to get out of it. We will then work together to create a roadmap to meet your goals. If you are interested in therapy and think we could work well together, please feel free to reach out to me by phone or email for a free 15 consultation or book directly through this site.
