Great to meet you!

Welcome! Thank you for trusting me to be part of your wellness journey. I’m Dr. Jessica Miller, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical counseling and a doctorate in clinical psychology. For more than ten years, I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan navigate their greatest challenges. My areas of specialization include substance and behavioral addiction/recovery, neurodivergence, relationship issues, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective, honoring each person’s unique experiences and inherent capacity for growth. My clinical work integrates evidence-based cognitive, behavioral, and dialectical strategies within a therapeutic framework rooted in positive psychology and existentialism to support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Treatment begins with a comprehensive, nonjudgmental assessment of presenting concerns, both current and historical. Within the first three sessions, clients participate in a collaborative goal-setting process to establish specific and measurable treatment objectives in support of identified outcomes. **Please know that I utilize a service dog (50lb black lab) who accompanies me at each session.
