Great to meet you!

You’re here because something feels hard to carry alone — maybe it’s grief that won’t lift, anxiety that won’t quiet down, or a season of life that’s left you wondering who you are now.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. I work with adults via telehealth across Florida, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions — including the complicated, often invisible weight of motherhood.

My goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and true to what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we won’t spend our time trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings. Instead we’ll focus on what you can do — how to act with intention even when things are hard, and how to build a life guided by your values rather than your fears.

I also draw on CBT and DBT when helpful. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. You won’t feel like a diagnosis here — you’ll feel like a person.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about you feeling heard. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping life could look like on the other side of this. We’ll also talk about what working together could look like. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of next steps — and hopefully feeling a little less alone in all of it.
