Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. Seriously. Because if you’ve landed on this page, there’s a decent chance life has recently handed you a situation involving divorce, co-parenting, a blended family, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or some combination of “Wait... how did my life become this?”

I’m here to help you navigate the beautiful, chaotic, occasionally rage-inducing adventure that is being a human being in a complicated relationship system.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating co-parenting, blended families, divorce, relational challenges, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family dynamics. Basically, if your relationships have started feeling like a group project where nobody read the instructions, we should probably talk.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pretending everything is fine, no gold stars for holding it together, and absolutely no requirement to have your feelings organized into neat little folders.

What you can expect from me

My approach is personalized because, frankly, you are not a worksheet. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to create a therapeutic experience tailored to your specific needs, goals, personality, and current level of “I cannot believe this is my life.”

Whether you’re trying to figure out how to co-parent with someone who makes you question the laws of physics, adjust to a blended family without losing your mind, rebuild yourself after divorce, or simply understand why your brain keeps hitting the emergency button when nothing is technically on fire — you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Therapy isn’t about becoming a perfectly zen person who never gets irritated, overwhelmed, or emotionally attached to a passive-aggressive email.

It’s about understanding yourself, building healthier relationships, finding stability, and learning how to respond to life without constantly feeling like you’re one inconvenient text away from launching yourself into the sun.
