Great to meet you!

Jessica Morrison is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. She is committed to helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Jessica earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University and has more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She specializes in working with adults experiencing eating disorders, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

Jessica's approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based practices.

Jessica believes that therapy is a collaborative process and that healing happens at each person's own pace. She strives to create a safe, authentic space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and reconnect with their strengths. Her goal is to help individuals cultivate greater self-understanding, confidence, and hope as they move toward the life they want to create.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with Jessica is a chance to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. She'll provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, she’ll develop a plan that feels right for you and your needs, moving at a pace that feels comfortable.
