Great to meet you!

Healing happens when we are able to connect and feel truly seen by another human being. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a mechanism for healing. It is my aim to co-create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can reflect, grow, gain insight, challenge ideas, and come to know who you are in a deep and meaningful way. I work with individuals navigating relationships, life transitions, anxiety, self-doubt, identity development and purpose. I work with anyone looking for support while struggling with being human in this increasingly scary, exhausting and overwhelming world.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy that I tailor to your needs and goals. Foundational to my approach is the belief you are the expert in your own life. I view my role as a handhold, walking beside you as you clear a path forward. I bring an open, collaborative spirit to our work together, and will meet you with warmth, humor, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

I acknowledge and honor your intersecting identities, and I recognize the emotional and mental toll of racism, sexism, poverty, and other oppressions. I can say no matter our shared or different identities, I will see your humanity. I will bear witness to your stories. I will hold space for you to engage in the work I know you are capable of when ready.
