Jessica Murphy

I specialize in working with young adults and transitional age youth (ages 16-32 yrs.). I am passionate about helping youth heal the inner conflicts that keep them from living freely and with the greatest joy. Specific areas I have ample experience include: Life transitions, overcoming self doubt and insecurities, reducing stress and anxiety, avoiding burn out, developing a better understanding of self and all the individual is capable, empowering youth to find his/her passion in life.

Sessions with me are held in person, either at my office or in a natural setting. Nature’s quiet presence is nourishing and supports the healing process. I utilize mindfulness and somatic modalities to help my client's slow down and explore the areas of their life or parts of themselves that are needing attention, healing and growth. My approach is strength based. I believe the brain is wired for healing. It's up to each individual to learn how to heal, grow and reach his/her full potential.

I am naturally compassionate and I bring passion, warmth and kindness to my healing work. I absolutely love being a guide to those on their healing paths, helping youth learn how to navigate life's challenges with wisdom, grace and authenticity.

Client's can expect to feel more grounded and centered following sessions with me. They'll be gaining insights about themselves and practices that will assist their inner transformation and growth.
