Great to meet you!

While my full-time work is as a middle school assistant principal, I have maintained a private practice for the last five years due to my love of working with clients on an individual level. I work with clients from pre-teen to adults with a focus on anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and LGBTQ issues. I also have worked with families to help them navigate the special education world within school systems.

My approach to therapy

My approach with clients is to be supportive and work together to reach their goals. I hope to help clients see things in a different light or take a step back and examine how they may be able to reframe the problems they are having to feel more manageable.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling heard and supported. And while some sessions may leave clients feeling vulnerable or raw, it is always in service of working toward a happier and healthier life in the long run.
