Great to meet you!

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences with healing and personal growth, and I carry that into every session. I've spent 4 years in case management and 4 years in counseling, working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. What keeps me going is those moments when a client has a real breakthrough. When something just clicks and they start seeing themselves and their situation differently. I believe healing isn't about being fixed. It's about having someone walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths and start building the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I'm person-centered, which means I meet you where you are and shape our work around exactly what you need. I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and ACT. I recognize that different methods work for different people. Together we'll figure out what actually helps you move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just about getting to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you in, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. You'll have space to share at your own pace. There will be no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is for you to feel heard and supported right from the start.
