Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or difficulties managing emotions and relationships? I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by patterns that interfere with school, work, or daily life. Together, we develop practical strategies while building greater self-understanding and confidence.

My primary approach to therapy is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I meet clients exactly where they are and help them build acceptance, insight, and meaningful change. Together, we focus on developing tools that support growth and resilience rather than trying to simply “get rid of” symptoms.

You can expect a warm, supportive space where we build rapport at your own pace and explore your goals together. My focus is on understanding your experiences and meeting you where you are. If you feel ready to take the next step toward support and clarity, I invite you to reach out when it feels right.
