Are you struggling with anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or difficulties managing emotions and relationships? I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by patterns that interfere with school, work, or daily life. My primary approach to therapy is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I meet clients exactly where they are and help them build acceptance, insight, and meaningful change. Together, we focus on developing tools that support growth and resilience rather than trying to simply “get rid of” symptoms.
