Effective therapy involves more than symptom relief; it requires addressing the underlying causes of your suffering or unhappiness in order to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach focuses on uncovering and working through problems at their root rather than applying temporary, band-aid solutions. This process involves both insight and action – developing awareness, engaging in honest reflection, and taking practical steps toward sustained emotional and relational growth with yourself and others in your life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, grief, life transitions, and alcohol dependency/addiction (self or loved one).
