Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jessica and I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who fosters a safe and trusting space for my clients to feel supported, seen, and heard. I have a background working with youth and adults who have struggled to make meaningful changes in their lives and am dually licensed to provide support for many challenges including substance use and abuse.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone is unique and therapy is not one size fits all. I value collaboration and see myself as an aid during your journey, honoring your experiences and story. I take your preferences, learning style, and goals to ensure that you can apply the skills that are the most meaningful and relevant to your daily life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space for you to feel comfortable sharing your story with me. I believe the key to an effective therapy experience is communication and partnership. After we determine if we are a good fit, an introductory session allows me to get to know you and figure out together, how to make your goals a reality.
