Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey looking to help individuals who need assistance toward their mental health goals. I would describe myself as an empathetic, fun, energetic and caring therapist. My main goals are to help my clients gain insight into their own strengths and to be a positive guide through life's trials and tribulations.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients through Strength Based Perspective and utilize many therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My values are centered around helping my clients feel balanced, grounded and more at peace with themselves.

What you can expect from me

After our first session, my hope is that you feel a sense of relief. I want to be a safe place for you to open up about your problems and feel supported. We will work together on your goals and find the best strategy that works for you. Therapy is not a one size fits all, and I will provide you with the specific tools you need to feel better.
