Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for 8 years as a licensed clinical therapist. It is my goal to create a safe, culturally competent spaces to promote understanding and healing while using person-centered therapy approaches to identify personal goals and individualized treatment plans. I have developed a deep understanding of Neurodiversity and work to provide affirming environment for those who have conditions such as autism, ADHD and other neurological conditions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to assist clients in making brain body connections based on peer reviewed research studies. It is important to understand differences in a nonjudgmental way to improve access to care, allow for deeper understanding of ourselves and create an environment of psychological safety.

What you can expect from our first session

As part of the LGBTQIA community I am well versed in the WPATH standards and able to assist clients in developing a deeper understanding of gender, sex, sexuality and relationship structures. I have experience working with people who have suffered trauma and who have been affected by the disease of addiction. I am also a trained Substance Abuse and Relationship Therapist with a Gender Studies specification.
