Great to meet you!

I am a clinician in Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, and Montana. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology with a focus in the treatment of addiction disorders from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020, and my Bachelors in Psychology and Health Sciences from California State University, Fullerton.

I have worked with diverse clients in residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and individually, with a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as impacts of trauma. My specialties include supporting people who are working to resolve substance abuse challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stress.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective to collaborate treatment, with the belief that each client is the expert of their own life. I will work with you to assist in building motivation, insight, and coping skills to manage life’s many challenges.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment. In our first session, we will discuss what is bringing you into therapy and what your goals of therapy are. I will ask questions that you can answer at your own pace, so that I can better understand how best to assist you. Our first session is also a time for you to ask me anything about my professional background and the work we will be doing together.

Whether you are looking for specific trauma-focused treatment, contemplating the use of substances in your life, or just exploring therapy for a stressful life transition, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
