Great to meet you!

Hi There! I’m Jessica Nuzzi.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults who struggle with various types of mental health issues and are looking for a space to feel heard, validated, and seen.

I specialize in treatment for anxiety, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression, and trauma that is often exacerbated by perfectionism, lacking assertiveness and having people-pleasing tendencies. Many of my clients also present with ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe there should be a “cookie-cutter” approach to therapy. Instead, I utilize an eclectic method that incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities, including somatic therapy, EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs.

I approach our sessions from both clinical expertise and the personal experience of having navigated mental health challenges myself.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel supported, and explore meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable to you. You don’t have to perform or have the answers.
