Great to meet you!

Growing up, I often felt unheard. That experience shaped my commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe expressing what was once silenced.

Many of the individuals and couples I work with are high-achieving and deeply capable. They manage demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, and full lives — yet privately feel anxious, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves or each other.

You may be successful on paper but exhausted behind the scenes. In relationships, this can show up as miscommunication, emotional distance, or feeling like you’re living parallel lives rather than feeling truly connected.

I bring a steady, grounded presence to our work together. My role is to help you feel seen and supported while building clarity, emotional resilience, and healthier relational patterns that carry into both your personal and professional life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intentional, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, and insight-oriented work to help individuals regulate emotions more effectively and couples strengthen communication and emotional safety.

I define success as measurable growth — stronger emotional regulation, clearer communication, and more aligned decision-making within yourself and your relationships.

Our work is about moving from silent survival to emotionally grounded, intentional living — both individually and as partners. Change should feel empowering and steady, not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about clarity and connection. For individuals, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and what you want to feel different. For couples, we’ll begin identifying patterns in communication, conflict, or disconnection and clarify shared goals.

You can expect a calm, structured, and compassionate conversation. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll outline a direction forward that feels grounded and intentional.

My intention is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and clearer about next steps.
