Jessica specializes in working with individuals in the areas of anxiety/depression, relationship conflict/attachment, ADHD, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. Her focus as your therapist is to foster a safe accepting space to explore your triggers, thoughts, and feelings.

In a session with me we will work together using trauma informed care and evidenced based techniques to learn new and healthy ways of coping, identify and express emotions both past and current, and continue to make steps forward for a future worth living.
