Great to meet you!

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression in adults and teens. Our sessions will be collaborative, honest, rewarding, challenging, and most importantly - a space for healing without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. I bring authenticity to our sessions, as I like to emphasize our humanness and personalities to help you grow interpersonally. I promote leading with openness, trust, and a genuinely caring environment, as well as providing trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

My practice is for the intellectualizers, the rationalizers, and the deep-feelers who may get misunderstood. Feel like you can explain how you're feeling, but have difficulty getting your emotions on the same page? Or maybe you've been called "high-achieving" yet feel internally like you're struggling? I get it! And I'm glad you're here. We will work together to untangle the complexities, with emphasis on reconnecting with your feelings safely. Whether this means exploring trauma, anxiety, or depressive symptoms, I approach treatment from a human-first, relational viewpoint using evidence-based approaches.
