I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship and communication difficulties, trauma, life transitions, and women’s mental health concerns. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating burnout and perfectionism, including therapists and other helping professionals who are often accustomed to caring for others. I also enjoy helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves find greater clarity and meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, with a person-centered and trauma-informed foundation. I believe every client is unique, and therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I draw from different therapeutic approaches and techniques to help you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create meaningful change. My goal is to work collaboratively with you in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and at your own pace.
