Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and I strive to create a warm and comfortable environment where you can be open about what you’re experiencing and feel supported throughout the therapeutic process.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a focus in Substance Abuse from California State University, Fullerton. Early in my career, I worked with high-risk adolescents in school settings, where I saw firsthand how emotional and mental health challenges can impact individuals, families, and their ability to navigate everyday life. These experiences deepened my passion for mental health and inspired me to continue my education and pursue a career in therapy.
I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University Los Angeles, Chalon Campus. Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and difficulties managing stress.
