Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and see clients via telehealth throughout the State of California.

I understand how hard it can be to feel stuck, or like you are not enough. Relational trauma can leave you questioning your worth and struggling to connect with others. Together, we can explore and heal these wounds.

I received a Master’s from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I help individuals and couples navigate their paths to emotional well-being and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I am informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment theory modalities in my clinical work.

I specialize in a range of issues including depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder or traits, difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, and problems with emotional reactivity. I welcome people of all orientations and backgrounds, including queer, trans, and neurodivergent individuals.

What you can expect from me

My approach is relational. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics between us as therapist and client, as well as your patterns in other relationships. This process can foster growth, enhance communication, and create more authentic, fulfilling connections in your life.

I challenge you to take a deeper look; to let go of patterns that aren’t serving you. I promote self-compassion and I'm here to guide you on the journey to growth.
