Great to meet you!
I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can navigate life's challenges while building resilience and confidence.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University and my Master of Arts degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Hofstra University. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. My background in both clinical social work and vocational rehabilitation allows me to support clients not only with their emotional well-being, but also with developing confidence, independence, and direction during times of change.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting concerns, and stress. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals and families navigating divorce, co-parenting, blended family dynamics, reunification, and the emotional impact these transitions can have on both children and adults.
